bar4 @1983ber In my opinion if you are a true 7 and don't have a narrow foot this size should fit. The few reviews I read sized up by half a size. Again it's just my opinion and I would think it also depends if you wear thick/thin socks. Hope this kinda helps. Lmk if you have any other questions :)
