GUC Slight discoloration where baby's head rests & some piling where feet belong. Otherwise, no blow outs, stains, discolorations, rips etc. Washed with scent/dye free detergent & air dried to prevent shrinkage. Smoke-free/Pet free home. I feel like the DockATot stores better deconstructed, plus you'll probably wash the cover upon receipt, anyway. It isn't too difficult to assemble.
