@beckydove hi! I think the blue stuff was just weird lighting on the photo. It is not a stain or anything like that.
The chest is 19 inches across.

@beckydove and the sleeve is right at 24 inches and the length from the top of the mock neck to the bottom of the zipper is 25+ inches.
