Do + Be Beige Pleated Skort Dress Size S

This beige pleated Do + Be dress is smooth like silk and flows. It has an elastic waist allowing it to adapt the the wearer. It has an inner liner with shorts on the bottom, and the shoulders are padded. See images for details. I found 1 small snag as seen in foto.
