Gorgeous glowy cornflower blue dress. truly a dream dress; ties at back, elastic at waist, drapes BEAUTIFULLY Unworn condition with return tag still attached. almost brand new condition, ready to be steamed and worn! Last pic shows tiny slight fabric pull near armpit on one side (hardly noticable but I caught during close inspection). tiny thread loop could be worked back in, or trimmed with thread scissors and probably would not even show!
