Divisions Long Sleeve White Button Down Blouse w/ tie neck

Brand:Divisions Size: there isn’t a tag but I’d say Sm/M. I am 5’7” and this is too short in the arms for me. Also not a shirt for my busty ladies! As shown, because the shirt is old, it does have some slight discoloration on the detailing to the neck tie. This shirt offers no stretch!
