Divided brand H&M skirt

Divided skirt from H&M, size US 12. Black and white print, and two functional zippers down front. The front is shorter then the back, see pics for measurements. I recently took the tags off and washed this, thinking i’d wear it, but never did. So new without tags, but it has been washed once.
