Navy romper. Black floral lace in the front that covers the V-neck with black lace in the back. Scallop detail around the shorts. Elastic waist band. Adjustable straps. Size small, 2-4. Shell 100% polyester, details 90% polyamide, 10% elastane. Worn a few times, but in great condition.
