Divided Maroon dress

My all time favorite dress ❤️❤️ I'm giving it up because it runs just a little shorter than what I like these days. I just want it to go to a good home. Size says 8 but fits waaay smaller, like a 4 perhaps. Maybe I shrunk it? Waist (stretchy) 13-16in Shoulder to hem 31.5in Waist to hem 15.5in Armpit to armpit 15in
