kelleybsmith @angelinawhit261 Hi there, I am not a size small, so I don't feel I can 100% say if this would fit snug or oversized. With that being said, many of the small pit-to-pits I measure are usually between 16"-18", so based off of that, I would say this is a little roomier. I'd suggest taking your measurement and comparing it to the measurement in the listing photo. I hope that helps!
