NWT! Absolutely love this dress! I actually bought two of these. I wore the first one a lot, but moved to a mountain town and don’t really wear many dresses. Never got around to wearing this one, so the tags have stayed on. Bought at a little boutique in Newport, RI. Honestly the perfect dress for so many occasions. Super cute cocktail dress. V-neck.
