Ditsy floral print tie back crop top

The CUTEST top ever, I hate to part with it but I just never got around to wearing it. It’s a crop top, but the back ties so it fits a range of sizes! Cute puff shoulder and balloon sleeves. This would be the cutest date night top ever! Bought from either Vici or Lulus I can’t remember which one.
