This skirt was gifted to me by a friend, but I have never worn it outside of trying it on. The waist is too big for me. This doesn’t have a brand tag, so I would assume it’s something like SHEIN or the like. The fabric tag says it’s a Sz XL - so I would say depending on your waist size it could be true to size, but for me it ran large. The skirt is adorable! It’s lined, and the outer layer is this sheer pleated floral fabric with some shiny/shimmering threads throughout. The waist zips up. On the side seamline there are a few snags.
