kellyann516 @redvelvetlola if you look at the picture, the skinniest part measures 13 1/2 inches across laying flat. (Like where that line is underneath the bust) when I put the dress up to me and measure the part that hits my waist, a couple inches below that line it’s about 17 inches across.

kellyann516 @chantehamann bust is 17 1/2 in laying flat but can be stretched to 18 1/2 so that’s about how much give the fabric has. Waist is 15 Hips are 19 1/2 The dress is gorgeous, I hope the size works out for you. It’s the perfect little black dress that’ll last a lifetime!
