Disney's Mickey Mouse Steamboat Willie Hallmark Keepsake Ornament Sound & Motion

Ornament is from 2003... and commemorates 75 years of Steamboat Willie. It's in nice preowned condition with original packing, box, insert. I bought it for myself and then realized I don't have the correct light system so I cannot test. There is on on/off switch and button but no motion when pushed so think it needs a new battery or electricity from the tree light strand. Please see all pics for actual item and closeups, more detail.
