Brand is Park Candy. Bag was purchased around 2018-19, and discontinued in 2021. Feels very well made and similar to loungefly (sturdy hardware/adjustable strap). Vegan leather, lined with a satin finish. Two inside pockets and an exterior pocket. No visible signs of wear.
