Disney by Lauren Conrad white and blue bow dress

Minnie Mouse bows A-line mini dress. Scalloped neckline. Fully lined. Size medium. Top to bottom: 34.5" Armpit to armpit: 16" Across front at waist: 13" There are some spots around the neckline where the stitching between the dress and the lining is coming undone. There are also a couple small stains that I tried to point out. I have not tried to remove them, so they may or may not come out.
