This amazing sold out and discontinued Scentsy Warmer has not been used however since the box was not sealed I tool it out to test it and make sure it works so this is a new open box item. I might package some of the pieces with extra bubble wrap when I ship it to be extra careful but I will include the box and all the contents I just don't want the bulb or warming tray to rattle around and break.
