crazybeaglemom @maryisdancin I'm back busy weekend sorry. lying flat It measures 16 in. It stretches you don't want to go all the way obviously. But with a hard pull about 21 in.. 14 in top of frontwaist band right in the middle to middle of crotch. a friend who runs about a size 12 but them on and I'm including the photo. they hung comfortably and she felt there was probably a little room extra. It has a tie waist band and elastic so there's kind of a range

crazybeaglemom @maryisdancin reference the photos I just added. The waist is about 16 in across. if I pull it all the way I get 21 although you wouldn't want to take it that far. center of front to center of crotch is 14 in. A friend who is a larger size around a 12 tried them on and found them very comfortable and could probably still wear them with a little extra More in the waist. since it's elastic and has a drawstring there's room for adjustment.
