This is an adorable Prince Charming outfit. Comes with jacket, belt, and pants. It's in great condition - although, I'll be honest - the quality isn't the best. The material isn't impressive and the buttons hang / lose thread (?). There are brown marks (chocolate ice cream), I have one pictured but saw a few on the inside sleeve cuff and side, so it needs to be washed. Price reflects the material and effort to wash :) (I listed as low as I could to cover the shipping) if you are unable to get the stains out, then I would not give you any hassle to return. It says it is a 4T, but my son is 2 (turned 3 the following week), so I would consider this to run on the smaller 4T size. I think it is more of a 2T/3T - but depends on the kid.
