The ornament is a replica of "Scary" the witch car found at the entrance to Cars Land at Disney's California Adventure. The ornament has 360 degrees of detail. It is hand painted and includes fantastic automotive (car) parts repurposed as costume elements including: tire hair, a traffic cone witch hat, a license plate smile and more! The ornament has a removable black satin ribbon. This ornament was released at the Disneyland and Walt Disney World resorts in for Halloweentime in 2019. It is retired and no longer available.
