Disney Oogie Boogie Halloween Costume Hooded Dress Nightmare Before Christmas Freshly cleaned, ready to wear. There is a black transfer all over the dress (I think the black rope-belt rubbed on the dress while wearing/storing). The ends of the rope were frayed, so I rebraided and knotted them to keep from further fraying and I put it in a separate bag and back in the original packaging to keep from further transfer.
