New! Check photo. He does have manufacturers defects. The golf club has a speck of white paint. His nose doesn't appear to be fully painted. Idk if that's how he was supposed to look, but if I had to guess it's also a defect. He did come out of the package like this. New, never played with. Wouldn't list but he seems to be very hard to find so I figured someone might really want regardless. I did not see another one for sale when I did a Google image search.
