Disney Minnie Mouse Red White Tulle Skirt Skort Tutu Elastic Waist 6X. Tulle is fully lined and there are shorts built into the skirt for added coverage! Measurements laying flat: Waist - 10.75" Length - 10" (top of elastic to bottom hem) Excellent, pre-owned condition. The skirt had been previously cinched on one side of the elastic with a small running stitch for one use. The basting stitch was removed and can not be seen when worn.
