The protective plastic film is still on this bag so the peeling seen is only in the plastic cover and not on the bag. In the last photo, I removed some of the plastic wrap to show that it is in great condition underneath, it’s super shiny and vibrant, but for the sake of shipping it, I will leave it wrapped. It’s been used once or twice I think for an overnight. Handle extends to 17 inches. Stands 18 inches tall on its wheels. 9 inches deep, 15 inches long, 12 inches wide. Bought from the Disney Store. Super durable and well made.
