Kermit the frog flip flops Says size large size 10/11 It does have a black something on them in areas. It came that way. It may or may not come off. I didn't want to dig into it and ruin anything so I will leave that up to the new owner. I took many photos of it. It reminds me of when you take a store sticker tag off and it leaves that residue but this is not sticky. I think it's just the way it was made. May come off easier when wearing?
