Adorable little mermaid print! Has a hood, velcro straps, and a hole for the leash. Water resistant material. Nearly brand new! Never worn out, only tried on for pictures! The last 3 photos with the little white dog are of the actual raincoat. Size medium, my puppy is about 15 lbs for reference.
