Disney Dress Shop pink Minnie dots dress

Nwot Disney Dress Shop pink Minnie polka dot dress size xs. Perfect condition, bought new with tags, then stupidly took the tags off before trying it on. Too small for me so passing it on. Does not come with black belt, but from what I hear those rubbed black all over so probably for the best, also theres a small green x on the tag, does not affect dress at all. From a non smoking and cat friendly home.
