Disney Cruise Line 3 scarf flag Inaugural West Coast May 28 2005 ship boat red

Three identical items. I think they are too short to be a scarf (see measurements in photos). I think maybe they were flags waved from the deck when the ship departed. Not sure. I know they are hard to find.
