These are Mad Hatter or top hat earrings by Disney Couture for pierced ears. They are siver toned and have a little faux leather band. very charming, never worn or taken off the card. a 1/2 inch from the tip of the hat. From Macys but don't try and return as they were bought years ago and sat in drawer.
