Used. Water stains on front bow from constant use in the parks despite rainy weather. Never tried to spot clean or wash, so it’s definitely possible they could be removed. Interior is clean and inside zip pocket is unused. Straps are adjustable, two exterior pockets on each side perfect for mini hand sanitizer or chapstick on the go. Bottom has little noticeable rips in leather from wear and straps have bite marks from my cat. I’ve used this bag for a good year and it works well, just outgrowing my Cinderella era sadly.
