Reposhing this item I purchased from @kkpandabear16. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Even though it is a medium it fits like a small. 17.5 inches across toward the bottom of the skirt and approximately 14 inches across at the top of the skirt. See photos for details. Thank you!
