This is a Belle dress from Disney's Live Action Beauty and the Beast that is one you seldom see, but so elegant! The tag says it's a Toddler 3-4, but it seems much bigger than that so I added the length in one of the pictures. With Halloween coming up this is just perfect, but it's also great for simply playing dress-up!
