ktktchapman @littlelawyer64 Personally, I would either try to replace it with a DIY satin rosette that matched, find two matching rosettes and replace them or just remove the remaining one. I didn't want to make a choice for the purchaser so I left it alone. I don't like only having one side - but I don't think you can really tell. It sort of looks like it was designed that way in my opinion.

ktktchapman @littlelawyer64 I feel so silly! It was hiding behind the tulle. Both rosettes are actually in tact. I thought I was losing my mind because I never found the missing rosette after I washed it. Pictures are updated to show the pair.
