Disney Aladdin Christmas Ornament Genie Lamp

Pre-owned Disney’s Aladdin Genie in a lamp. It’s from the late 1990s or early 2000s. The lamp rotates completely. The left have has some paint that transferred on it (pic 7). The left back elbow has discoloration (pic 8). Does it come with box. Thank you for looking!
