This was a limited edition collection released for the new millennium and released at the end up 1999. Pictures Mickey in a clock shop making a Christmas gift for Pluto. There are no chips or cracks but there is some paint wear on the yellow portion. Bobble style with a loop hanger. Great piece for any Disney collector.
