Disana wool gray heather pants 98/104 2-3 yrs up to 4-5T

Disana wool ribbed leggings in 98/104. It says 2-3 yrs, but i think these could fit upnto 5 yrs old. Because theyre stretchy bc of the weave, and they fit bigger. My daughter never wore these. Small spot near crotch not sure what that is.
