Dirty Cop Halloween Costume

Listing only includes dress, no accessories. Brand: Leg Avenue. Size XS. Button front mini dress. Short sleeve. Ruffle hem. Two chest pockets (stitching on one coming undone). Handcuff garters (one broke). I believe the two front garters are missing black straps, but they can still be hooked to fishnet tights with the handcuffs. This outfit looks really good with fishnet tights and over the knee / knee high boots (not included).
