Dirk Van Saene dresses wool gray bow necklace dress long sleeve runway designer. This is a lovely long sleeve wool dress by designer Dirk Van Sarne. Handmade. Runway piece. 3D bow that draps down the body. Light weight wool. Overall good condition. It does have some holes. The holes are not super visible since the dress is ‘furry’. The wool is thin. See photos. There are 2 holes on left bottom sleeve, below zipper, 2 very small on the back, one on side seam. No tags other than designer tag. Fits like a S/XS. See measurements.
