@jackie_r01 Hi, Thank you for your interest in this item. We responsibly source all of our merchandise through big-box retail stores and/or through their distribution channels. All of our products are 100% authentic.
The glass vessel was damaged in transit and carefully removed. I am sorry the pictures do not show the imperfections, and the warehouse is closed today and re-opens on Monday. From my experience the box may show signs of wear and tear, be slightly torn or have a crushed corner.

@kleverkosmetics do you have any vessels for this candle that weren’t damaged? Can you post updated photos when the warehouse is open on Monday? thank you.

@jackie_r01 ahí, we just try to be as detailed as possible with our items so that you as the customer know precisely what you will receive. The box has some creases in the cardboard so we just call that imperfect. As far as glass vessels, you are probably better off buying an inexpensive 6.5 ounce candle for $10-15 and cutting the wax out. If we do have just a generic, empty but authentic Diptyque vessel it will cost about $30 for the glass
