Sorry for the low offer, but these things are hit-or-miss (e.g. the drive belt breaks). Also, it looks like it's been opened at some point

it's not brand new. it works. we just used it to wind a watch we sold. it's in excellent condition and it's ok for the low offer. we'd just get 3 bucks tho for that offer so that's why declined.
