Case and refill. Used a couple of times but prefer full coverage makeup. SPF 50. It helps blur imperfections and minimize signs of aging. Bought directly from Dior website. Applicator has makeup on it. Has an unopened refill. Color is 010. Refill costs $45. Great way to try it out!
