Chat. It says messages have been disabled. Let mw know what you’d like to do. If you’re interested In selling or If you have the shipping label that posh should provide for free to you, whatever you decide.
It’s not moving from here until you tell me what to do. I know it’s probably extremely frustrating but for what it’s worth, I’d never keep your bag without paying you or doing the right thing. Let me know

@rodriguezfaith it is frustrating because I haven’t got a response from Poshmark yet ? They need to send you the shipping label so that you can ship the bag back to me. Try looking under your purchase tab and see if they sent you a shipping label but you’ll have to go up or down once you open the page?

Um I will be getting in touch with Poshmark support once again as well. I feel like I should be reimbursed because they failed to send you a return label.

@rodriguezfaith I suggest you find a way to get in contact with Poshmark and send my bag back to me because I have a loan out on that bag that is not paid for it’s theft if you don’t take action to return it to me .

@glendaceaser43 no response from them. I suggest prepaying for the shipping label so I’m able to proceed. Being that it was not my sale I’m unable to assist you anymore than I already have. Once you pay for the label it will allow me to move forward.

@rodriguezfaith you have to do it all you have to do is take it to the post office and pay for the shipping label because you purchased the item and you never shipped it back. What happened?

I told you not to cancel the bag until you reported it to Poshmark and they would have sent you a label. But because you canceled the sale and I had already shipped the bag , I guess they’re thinking that the bag never left your house. And that’s not the case so I feel like you need to explain what happened because I’m telling you what happened I didn’t get my merchandise back and that’s a problem.

I feel like you need to contact support, you have the merchandise that’s not been payed for right. I can’t sell it to you because you can’t sell outside of Poshmark.

I didn’t cancel your order. Checking back in to see if you have the shipping label so I can send back to you. I CANT SEND BACK if I wasn’t the one to cancel the order. I purchased found out it was fake and then asked you to but send in which you still sent it to me. I don’t have access to even make a label.

@rodriguezfaith Poshmark said that they would not pay for the shipping of a fake bag. And that they would advise the customer to destroy the bag and that they would reimburse me. That’s why I told you never cancel order unless you do it within three hours.

So now I can’t even get my bag back. And I’m not sure if they notified you or not but I think that you should be Poshmark guidelines so that this, if this ever happens again, you would know that you only have three hours to cancel your order yourself.
