Hello, can I find out what you mean by zipper gets stuck? Can the zipper still work to zip close and open both boots? Are the white stains discolorations or something like mud that you can scrape off?

@treyzz77 hello pulling the zipper up and down get stuck. The zipper is not broken and the marks on the leather from the metallic color of the boots

Ok so the zipper basically does not work? You cannot zip open the boots to put your foot in and then zip it close after?
About the stains, I'm referring to the whitish marks on the left boot in the second and third photos for example. Those are not from the natural metallic color. I'm asking if those are permanent stains (like a bleach stain or discoloration) or if the marks are something you can scrape off or clean off?

@treyzz77 they are scuff marks and far as the zipper it works when you pull up an down it gets stuck I am going to try my zipper ease lubricant tomorrow and see if it works and I will let you know.😊

@treyzz77 hello the zipper is fully working the ease lubricant worked far as the white mark i did remove it but lighten up the area more you can see in photos
