It does not have holes - it is a style that currently measures 34", but can be tailored to fit you exactly by adjusting the amount of leather in the buckle. It has an XL bold, gold, rectangular buckle with what look like two thick chains running through it and a clasp on the other end that is stitched onto the belt.
