Dillard's Black high low dress with white tulle

Never worn (kept in plastic covering) short black high low dress, with white tulle that peeps out in the front, sequined top with a sash and spot of beading. Lots of room for bustier girls. Really nice formal dress, had planned on wearing to a graduation but I found a dress I liked more. Literally nothing wrong with it.
