Dillards Black Formal

This dress has never been worn. It’s so flattering so I purchased it and have never had anywhere to wear it! It’s sparkly on the arms which adds a pop of formal without being overdone. It’s beautiful ruching snd v neck are so flattering creating the perfect hour glass look! The fabric is stretchy and comfortable!
