NEW WITH TAGS FROM ALTAR’D STATE - BUT when my item arrived, it had makeup on the inside headband and back adjustable strap. See photos for makeup - maybe you’ll have luck removing it but it’s not visible when wearing the hat. Not worn by me, still has packaging inside the brim. Priced according to makeup.
