This is a pair of worn Dickies scrubs perfect for nurses or people working in medicine! They are in good worn condition with some pilling. Have tons of pockets & an elastic tie waistband. 36 inches long. I should have quite a few scrubs in my closet so if you would like to make a bundle I would love to give you a huge discount on them!! ellawynn @sapirscloset1 Hi and sorry again! So these have an elastic waistband with ties, as you can probably see haha. When the pants are "resting", I guess that's what I would call it, they are at 29 inches all the way around. I'm sure with the elastic drawstring that number can adjust quite a but. If I stretch the waistband out it gets closer to 36 inches. Thanks for your interest!

ellawynn @sapirscloset1 Well I'm not really one to tell. They are adjustable and size extra small. I'm sure they can adjust to quite a bit smaller. Whatever you'd like to do :)
