This is a Navy Blue scrub top made by Dickies. It is a size medium. There are stretchy panels that run down the sides under the arms. There are no stains or rips in the fabric. This top was worn only a couple of times. It is wrinkled because I didn’t have it folded properly after taking all of my scrubs out of the closet. Sorry about that.
